I have a qestion…. does anyone also experience a headache especially jn the third eye region. As if you third eye is trying to open? It felt really heavy like someone is pressing really hard on my head. Is this normal?

This is so peaceful especially the water it really keeps me asleep until the really loud commercial wakes me up and then I can’t go back to sleep. What’s the point in having sleep music for 11 hours if at the 5-6 hour mark a loud comercial wakes you up??

eveeryday for the past few weeks i have a dream where im living an entirely different life. The world looks nothing like this one. Everytime i fall asleep its like im picking up where i left off. They feel so real. some people i "randomly meet" in this life are like family in the "dream". Im pretty sure im married with a kid, and i run some kind of mash-up of parties, a fraternity of some sort, amusementpark. Money is not a thing. The house we live in is so big i think everybody comes and goes as they please. my bedrrom looks familiar, the living room is the last thing i saw i sat down saw my wifes dad then my wife crawled next to me said "im cold" i hugged her closed my eye and here i am.
I tried playing this music to see if it would change my dream or just KO me, but it only intensified it.
anyways after weeks of this i catch my self with an idea while driving to work lol. Am i awake? or am I still dreaming? When i sleep does my soul go somewhere? Do i jump between two different lives of my self?
is life a dream, the souls version of experiencing reality, physicality even the different spectrums of universes.
The circle in the square is infinity encased in boundaries with rules.
