I felt pressure and then a pop. Is that normal? Does that mean my third eye is open or opening? How do I know my third eye opened?

Hahaha!!!! Just talked to God in my head. Excellent video. I’ll be using this video everyday as prayer.
You gotta get healthy. Eat 100 percent organic low sugar, cut out all vices (for me it was nicotine and porn), drink good clean spring water (I get mine delivered in glass jugs from Mountain Valley), I use a Supergreens supplement from Touchstone Essentials which I believed has helped in the decalcification process, and I exercise. Find out what you like to do (I like jogging and sun salutations yoga with the proper breathwork and lifting 10 pound dumbbells upper body), and MEDITATE EVERY DAY!!!!!! I use Headspace and also like Joe Dispenza meditations, but i also just go out in my yard in a chair and meditate with my eyes open and do a lot of mindful walking in the park. I’ve done a lot of pineal gland decalcification music in the past, but didn’t notice any difference. I think a video like this is better, where you are actually using the pineal gland and it will naturally decalcify as it gets more activated. I also don’t listen to any regular music or watch TV (except the occasional episode of the Office); I’m all about healing frequency music (432 hz and solfeggio tunes);
All this has allowed me to fully recover from 25 psych hospitalizations (they called me bipolar but that’s not a real disease; I was just lost and unhealthy); I’ve been off meds now for 7 months, and I’m doing great.
One last tool I use is “the Chill Pill device.” It’s a handheld electromagnetic device that calms the central nervous system. That, in addition to melatonin and nighttime wind down meditations, cured my insomnia.

Do any of you have your third eye opened by listening to this? If not then how do you know it works? You dont you all are resting your Hope’s on something that is not going to happen, why? Because I told you that you all are not seeing the whole picture. And you can give me as many thumbs down that you want. I speak only the truth and I only beleive in what is the real truth. So when you have no success with this I’ll be waiting to show you the true way.

I have been trying to open my third eye for the past year. It is particularly open but I’m finding difficultly opening it the rest of the way. You think having 7 spiritual gifts as I do it would come much easier for me. It’s just not true, I just want to become what I was meant to be, by opening it the rest of the way. I wrote a Book about my gifts, but I’m having a hard time finding someone to edit it. Opening your third eye as I wish to do will open all possibilities and my life will become limitless, this is my goal like others have. I just hope this frequency is the One, Thank You.
