In this video, we’re going to talk about the problems with eating kale.

There are a lot of really amazing benefits of kale, such as:

• It has potential anti-cancer effects
• It has potential anti-estrogenic effects
• It can help clean up the liver
• It’s loaded with nutrients

But, there can also be a few problems with eating kale for some people.

1. It can deplete iodine (sea kelp may help counter this issue)
2. It can have too much fiber (try other vegetables) *if you’re bloated because of too much fiber, it can be difficult to lose weight.

  7. LLL FFF on July 7, 2023 at 7:08 am

Luckily, my system accepts volumes of kale. Maybe 10 cups a day. Initially, there was a a little constipation. Started taking psyllium husk fiber pulls. Corrected immediately. Now I just take a few fiber pills over a week. Worth it to get the massive nutrient kale offers.

Kale in a salad makes my stomach ache like being stabbed, tried it several times, I didn’t like the taste. Tried baking it like chips, didn’t taste good either. I’m hypothyroid, guess I’ll stick with spinach, which I love. Thank you for posting this great information.

I’ve had 8 oz of kale juice everyday for 2 1/2 years for better health. I’ve had random pains in my hips and shoulder joints. Calcific tendinitis in both shoukders & FAI, Femeroacetabular Impingement. Hurts so bad I can’t sleep through the night. Is it there kale causing this???

  12. El Roco on July 7, 2023 at 7:13 am

No disrespect, but God created Kale, along with other natural herbs, fruits and vegetables for the healing of the nations. So why would something he created, have a negative effect on the body? I’m no doctor nor scientist but it doesn’t make sense to me.

  21. Uknurse on July 7, 2023 at 7:28 am

Kale actually helped relieve my constipation tremendously. I cook it fresh with half a teaspoon of olive oil, hymalyan sea salt and pepper. Just fry it for a 3-4 mins so it keeps its crunch and its lovely
