The Crown Chakra, also called “Sahasrara” is generally considered the seventh primary chakra and related to the crown of the head. Sahasrara is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness, and it is from this chakra that all the other chakras emanate. Therefore, meditating on the Crown Chakra and in the natural frequency it resonates with, will fill ourselves, our lives and our world with serenity, joy, and deep inner peace..

Just as the Root or First Chakra connects us to Mother Earth, the Crown Chakra is our connection to the Universe. it gives us access to higher states of consciousness as we open to what is beyond our personal preoccupations and visions. The energy of Sahasrara allows us to experience mystical oneness with everyone and everything in nature far beyond intellectual knowing. There is serenity, joy, and deep peace about life in the energy of our Crown Chakra.

A blocked Crown Chakra can provoke feelings of loneliness and insignificance, a feeling of being excluded from the spiritual side of life, the lack of connection to a higher energy. The result is a deep state of unworthiness and abandon.
