Trauma that stays with us can result in significant blockages in the Solar Plexus Chakra. We can see this as experiencing a lack of power or strength to deal with or confront either the cause of the trauma or its effect on us.
Compounding this is the fear that can be suffered by those experiencing (or having experienced) trauma. The result of this can lead to significant blockages in the Root Chakra.
When our energy flow is blocked or disrupted, healing can be much more difficult.
This recording adresses the issue of blocked energy flow of the Solar Plexus and Root Chakras, and also introduces tuning forks for the Sacral, Heart and Throat Chakras in order to assist the natural flow of energy from Chakra to Chakra.

This is the second piece of music in this series, and it is infused with Reiki energy with the intention to dislodge and clear blockages from the Solar Plexus and Root Chakras and to restore natural harmonic balance and alignment.

Use this soundbath for deep relaxation, meditation, Reiki sessions or as an aid to other forms of energy healing.
