Oh God no. Right now our bed is in the corner meaning someone always has to crawl up the bed from the foot, or over the other person to get in or out of bed and it sucks. I can’t wait until we move and can change it.

When something goes wrong make it look like you did it on purpose. Lol I watched a wedding video where a groomsman forgot his pants so it was swapped with the best man and he wore different pants so that it looked like it was done on purpose and was a special best man thing

Yeah this works. My bed is built in so is pressed up against a wall by choice – I have the side near the wall, my partner gets the open side. I have the thick built-in headboard as my bedside table (it’s wide enough and fairly tall so it works) and when I need to get up and out during the night, I just slide down off the end. In an ideal world I’d be able to change it but I physically cannot so just made the room work around it!

having the bed against the corner works for me and my partner specifically because i’m a gremlin who will sleep on top of my phone and crawl straight down off the end of the bed to get up whether my partner is there or not so. works for us !! ^^
