    This is pretty weird. I was having a bad day and i got this instinct to write anything in my journal. So i started writing. After awhile i started to write nonsense, But the one Word that came back to me was Amma. Im from sweden mind you so didnt know what it meant, so i decided to search for it. It meant ”mother” or ”creator god”. I was shocked. After i got this video in my fred and decided to watch, only to be surprisens by the fact that automatic writing is a psychic ability. It felt reslly surreal and i dont really know what all this means, i would love to hear some of your guys interpretations of why the Word amma was important somehow?     So i learned that i had moments of clairvoyance, clear audience, clearsentient, clearcognizant and telepathy, telekinesis, and one astral projection but these are not permanent and only happen at certain times especially in the past, like for example when I think something is coming it will sure come and sometimes i change my feeling about that incident and get the feeling that it won’t happen otherwise why would i know it is coming if it is not to manipulate reality?     I have been listening to a conchshell or a flute like sound since 20 odd years has now turned into chirping crickets, sometimes all of a sudden, out of nowhere a deep sensation will develop on the third eye chakra and energies will flood there.     When I was 15, I had a “séance” of sorts with 3 other close friends that I hadn’t known for that long in my parent’s basement. I never knew 1 of my friends, Sue, had a brother who was killed – or even a brother. It was only then I learned there was one, no details & knew we were trying to contact him. I saw Sue’s brother’s accidental death & then him standing beside her & could hear but not hear him giving me a message for her. I described it to them as they all cried, knowing what I said was right. I had more details than they did because I was like a witness to it, I saw everything. They never told me anything, I told them. All true. It’s like it was yesterday but it was 50 years ago! I definitely need help with my abilities. I haven’t done it since but time has passed & a lot has happened since. Sue, Mary & I are still chatting every day. We never talk about it.
    Sometimes, I know things without knowing how I know as well – Precognition? Déjà vu.
    Telepathy as well. Empathic – soon as I walk in a room I want to walk out unless it’s full of love. Weddings are great but I have a difficult time with funerals. I have had quite a bit of death in my life, starting when I was small. Hate crowds. Not into malls either. Never was.

    All my life I get trurths. I just all of a sudden will kmow the truth of somethimg. when that knowing hits, it hits hard and clear. and I kmow it is the truth. I can not remember a time that it was not the truth. I never imagined this is a psychic ability. amd maybe astro projecting. Again my whole life, up until a fewe years ago when I suffered some brain damage. I had what some call sleep paralysis. I remember being a little afraid of it as a very small child. by the time I was about 8. I had learned there was nothing to fear. It could be fun if I did not panic I could control where I went and what I did, I could go see anyone I wanted to see or I could just fly around and play, I could watch myself sleep. or find a tv show I liked playing on some tv somewhere. I miss that very much. I also always knew when I was dreaming and could , not so much control, but guid my dreams, always drempt in color. since the brain damage I either do not dream or dont remember my dreams. I have had a handful of dream. I know longer know it is a dream while in it. the first time that happend. it was so uuummmm sad, is what comes to mind. I think these days I sometimes Channel my passed over people. I hear them and they hear me. its all weird. I Am and always have been weird, deferent. I embrace my weirdness lol. It works for me. Id like to mention my near death expierience. In the accident where I lost the sleep paralysis, and dreams. I flat lined at the sign. I got to see and speak to my passed over husband and saw and felt beautiful Luv. Weird shit man. Very cool. that accident I thought for a long time was the worse, most devistating thing that ever happend to me. My entire world changed on a dime and I lived in hell for 3 years. I wanted so badly to be dead. Today almost 10 years later, I can honestly say. It was the best thing that ever happend to me. Lol I can hardley believe that I mean that. I was healed, I Am 59 years old and can still cimb trees and ride a bike. I Am healthier than most 30 year olds. Truly I Am Blessed. Truly I Am so Grateful. I luv life on earth so much!
