Thank you so much for posting this. I never knew my lack/fear of trust came from my solar plexus chakra in regard to relationships. I was once in a heart / crown chakra conflict (Heart was shouting "Stay in relationship" while Crown & Gut Chakra was shouting "Leave the toxic relationship" It’s maddening but I did eventually go.))

Hello Phil, I’m not sure if you’ve spoke of this before.When you pray, who do you pray to? Do you pray to the Jesus spirit or to Buddha Spirit or to relatives or to the God source? I want to pray with respect but I’ve been raised Christian and have been searching for the truth.
