This Video of the Chakra Series is focused on the third chakra, which is the Solar Plexus Chakra or the Manipura Chakra.

This is the Chakra of Life. It is represented by the colour yellow. this Chakra is the most radiant, glowing and shining Chakra and looks like the miday sun that gives you warmth and power.

This chakra is located right above the belly button, besides your adrenalin glands. It spreads underneath the sternum down towards the Naval.

The element of this chakra is fire. It is directly related to your metabolism. This is the chakra of the stomach. The under performance of this chakra brings about problems related to the belly.

Your food goes down to your belly and it breaks down there and is converted inbto heat energy. Which in turn fulfills the power and energy demand of your entire body.

Just like it was matter for the root chakra and movement for the sacral chakra, this Chakra represents power and transformation and energy.

If this Chakra becomes weak you feel lethargic and fatigued all the time. HOwever, if this chakra over performs, you start becoming iritated and aggresive. Stage fright or social anxiety is also related to this Chakra.
