    question – what do you mean by variations of mudra? what does earth – 0:10 represents? 2nd Q- how do we know if solar plexus is hyperactive or has diminished function? do we focus on inhalation if hyperactive or diminished function?

    I really appreciate the ease with which you perform the mudras. I would like to know where did you learn these complex mudras. I have been reading texts which provide knowledge of mudras but you mudras are complex. If possible, kindly explain the underlying principles of your mudra formation in your future videos.
