    There was some crackling at the end and I was slightly terrified that it was my SI joints but I went back and listened and it’s the mic thank God

    What a difference two months makes! Still checking in with YWA every day and following the monthly calendar – nice to see the longer practices appearing again and this time feeling more ā€˜naturalā€™. Far from perfect, but feeling good. Great practice for this day, May 2022 flow, when the roses in my garden are literally flowering as we speak. X

    Ah, that was lovely! My favourite part was the little flow with the arms in cactus šŸ™‚ I wanted to tackle one of the longer practices today and I was glad for the gentler pace at the beginning šŸ™‚

    Did this after a cardio/resistance workout and struggled but focused on the heart openers which i really needed today as the feelings of loneliness return once again; thank you Adriene for reminding me I am awesome – without this channel and your kind words every day I sometimes think I would be lost. It’s not mother day where I am but to all the women with or without children who are in their ‘mother cycle’ of life – let your hearts shine because you are wonderful <3

    Was soooo excited to see this practice on the May ā€˜22 Flow calendarā€”one of my all time favorites! Sometimes I shrink away from the longer practices but I love love love the slower paces of them, I feel like I get to really feel my way through the motions and practice with a lot of integrity. Always a pleasure doing yoga with you all ā¤ā¤ā¤

    Flow Day 7- I feel so accomplished after this practice. About halfway through I thought about quitting but I’m glad I stuck with it. This one definitely had my legs shaking.

    FLOW, DAY 8.
    Today is my first time I did the flow through Upward Dog to the Downward Dog without falling down. It fell so amazing I had tears in my eyes! Yoga really does make you feel like a whole different person.

    Flow day 10 (7)! Today, I decided to do this practice because something was just telling me to do so. Later, I realized that I was wearing pink socks that I had found today.     I just clicked on this video because I felt like my heart was contracted due to some life circumstances and needed a practice that could help me start reversing that contraction and reopen my heart. I didn’t even look a the calendar for this month and by the end of the video you mentioned it was mother’s day! which is today here in the Dominican Republic as well! I loved this type of synchronicity! I felt super airy and light-hearted after doing this lovely session with you Adriane and I couldn’t thank you enough for everything that you do and share with us.
