This distant healing assists with balancing the solar plexus chakra.
The solar plexus chakra governs will, personal power, authority, energy, mastery of desire, self-control, radiance, warmth, awakening, transformation, humor, and laughter. Some issues associated with an out of balance Solar Plexus are:
– Anger
– Over consumption (food or substances)
– Hate
– Digestive Issues
– Fear
– Too much focus on power or recognition
Listen to it as many times as you feel drawn. Reiki only helps, never harms. Trust your intuition!
It’s always good to drink water after receiving energy healing to help integrate the energy!
