RAPID Emotional Healing While You Sleep Hypnosis (Meditation); Release Trapped Emotions

This is a great follow on to Rapid Healing While You Sleep (https://youtu.be/_RlEBMMqypQ) as while the first focuses more on physical healing, this session focuses specifically on EMOTIONS trapped in the body, utilizing wisdom from various sources. This guides you through about 25 minutes of relaxation and preparation for healing. Be patient during the relaxation process as it uses a few techniques to prepare you fully for the healing to come.

A quick guide if you wish to use it:

3:00 Start of session (relaxation and preparation to maximize healing)
23:50 Core healing work

We combine the power of your subconscious, the superconscious and my words to maximize healing. We focus on whichever part of the body that is in most need of release and healing, and then to any part(s) which have are in a numb / freeze state due to trauma or an accumulation of unprocessed emotions and experiences bringing all parts back into connectedness, balance and calm.

After that you are guided through key body parts linked to certain emotions to see if there is a need to release and heal any and all parts. We go through also putting in place the wisdom, systems and processes to ensure that all future emotions experienced are accepted, understood and pass through, returning your mind-body to a state of calm confidence.

Listen for 21 days to ensure healing takes place at a rate and pace that is always safe for you, and it may take longer than one night to release what has maybe been held back for years, decades, even.

If you know my work you will have heard me say at least once: all emotions are valid. Emotions all serve a purpose, even the challenging emotions. Yet all of us (I believe) are taught from an early age that some emotions are not acceptable. Some of the more common messages are: men should not cry, anger is not feminine, children should be seen and not heard.

What damage we do to ourselves and others with these messages. And so when we cannot express emotions they do not go away; quite the opposite. They remain blocked within us. We cannot escape ourselves, especially those emotions we carry within us. So now is the time to heal and release.

    i’ve been listening to this before bed for about 5 days now and i can already notice a difference. i wake up feeling calm and relaxed, and even energized and not as tired as i used to be. i’ve also had vivid dreams at night since i started listening to this that i’ve been journaling when i wake up.

    i highly recommend this if you’re in a place of emotional trauma and pain like me. it helps, i promise

    Thank You very much❤️ I needed it a lot, as many years i was denying myself, until my organism have turned off. I am using medicine from neuralgia now, i can not eat normally and become tired very easily. This meditation have reduced pain very very much, let me cry, release grief and become calmer.     I took the 21-day challenge and, WOW….HELLO? What a difference!
    I used to think thee was no crying in Baseball. So, as a season-ticket holder for a Major League Baseball team, I was holding back my real feelings for 80 – 83 games every year.
    But, around day 19, I noticed myself getting misty-eyed as the starting pitcher was pulled off the mound. And, you guessed it: after 21 nights, I was changed. I wasn’t better, but I could accept all that I felt to come through, without judgment.
    Now, I go to games and just cry and cry. I know my fellow fans are happy for me because they are always talking to the seating ushers and pointing at me like, there he is, that’s the healed man.

    I have been maditatating for dacades. But after your meditation I startet to inhale and exhale and had a sensasjon in my body. Felt like realising trauma bonding. It left me with a feeling if relief.

    Anyone else feel general anxiety and depression after listening to this overnight? I felt alright before I started listening. Now I feel so depressed and anxious I can barely function. Nothing feels good anymore and I have a really hard time “righting the ship”. I want to say it’s part of the process of shucking all this trauma, but don’t know how much I can bear it. Anyone else? Been listening for about 4-5 nights now.

    OMG! This hypnosis is a gem. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It was as if during this meditation my body was becoming lighter and in a super relaxed state. And right now about 10 mins after this session my body feels like it is going at ease, it feels well lubricated, as if my heart has to work less to maintain normal working. Before this hypnosis I was driving my body with manual steering now it’s like it has powered steering, its so light now. I guess the body parts are less demanding of energy now or maybe their was blockage in their way so the body had to work extra to maintain it, now the blockage has gone. If someone here has had a similar experience please share, I would like to learn more about what I experienced and how I can maintain it.

    I don’t have body phobia or body issues, for some reason I don’t like the word body used in meditation. I inwardly cringe every time the word is used & (for me) it’s a distraction to the purpose. Every time the word is used I will imagine an alternate word. It’s like there is tension inside my body & every time the word is used I get activated in irritation. So far this meditation helps my mind somewhat, but inside my body goes haywire and so I am still 80% triggered. If anyone has this issue where they are perceiving only 20% effectiveness but something is preventing relaxation pls let me know any work arounds that have helped you. I don’t have issues with the word but in meditation if used more than 3-4 times, I realize unfortunately I am going haywire. body & lips! The last quarter hour of the meditation Core Healing was splendid! Thank you for helping people access the healing process!
