Meditation Technique for Third Eye Chakra or Ajna
Here are the steps for you to follow:

a. Close your eyes

b. Slow down your breathing, to a nice, slowly steady pace

c. Lower your chin down towards your chest, as if pulled by its weight

d. Just simply continue breathing slowly until you feel you are nicely relaxed

e. While your eyes are closed, look up with the inner eyes towards your third eye area. Simply focus your attention to that area and you will see that you are ‘looking up’, without having your eyes actually open

f. Keep breathing nice and slow

g. Relax your eyes while they are closed and they are looking upwards. Try to not force your eyes to ‘look up’, leave them relaxed

h. Keep at it for a couple of minutes at a time

Incorporate this meditation type in your daily practice, preferably during the same time everyday, and in the same place, so your body and mind accept that place as your regular meditation place. This will ease you into a meditative state faster than otherwise you would. With practice, your third eye chakra will open, and eventually, little by little, you will notice small things that you might not have noticed before, your perception to details, and your ‘six sense’ will be increased.
