Psychic Healing w/ Your Hand Chakra – Part 1
This is my first HAND CHAKRA video. It is a great one to learn, and it is a recommended 1st step before you try many of my other videos. This video or the Grounding part 1 video are great places to start if you are new to these topics, or new to my videos.
Your “hand chakra” is a big energy center you have in the palm of each hand. There are easy and practical ways you can use these energy centers to consciously heal yourself in your daily life. This video is under four minutes, and you could practice using your hand chakras even if you only had thirty seconds free each day. Feel free to follow along with what I demonstrate in this video.

It helps you to use your hand chakras to heal your 1st chakra and even your thighs and I particularly like at and after 8:00 minutes since I demonstrate combing through your aura in a decent amount of detail.
