Mate I watched this on my way back from a gig this evening. I recently left a relationship due to it being really bad for my mental health and self love. I won’t go into it but I’m hurting badly. I typed in self love and this came up. Thank you for helping me feel better. I have adhd so everything is always so intense. I want to centre myself more. I want to let go of self doubt.
