hi this is James Gifford. I have a clear quortz and my mom has a rose quartz pindent. I have put intentions of love happynes and clearity.i have held it in both hands and have put it on my third eye. I’m able to feel the vibration and energy in one hand more than the other hand.
While I was doing this, I had a sudden outburst of joy and positivity that I actually cried so this video was nice 🙂
