So how do I know my Natal chart…you ate saying the houses pertain to the ascending sign…
So if my rising sign is Taurus, that is my first house? Which makes Gemini my second house, etc. Am I understanding that correctly? That puts Mars and Saturn in my fifth house, even though they are in Virgo. This has been a question of mine for awhile but it wasn’t easy to find the answer.
My houses are filled with the original ruler like for example my rising is Aries and 6th is cancer and so forth. Is that rare and qhats that all about?

I think it is interesting that you dont associate the houses with the signs especially when it is obvious they have alot in common and for me its knd of a memory trick also

It’s amazing the differences between traditional and modern astrology. For me, the 4th house represents the mother (it happens to be my relationship with my mother with the coincidence of being as well as my mom’s actual zodiac sign. With zodiac sign of my 10th house is the energy of the relationship I have with my father… As well as being his zodiac sign.
Nice rundown. My co-hosts and I will be doing a special episode based on the concepts of Astrological houses, charts, and readings of two insane narcissists just to see where reality and their readings meet (or fail to). I’m not particularly a believer in star charts but I do find it fascinating to read about.

Hello I’m trying to find my birth time for my chart but can’t seem to the only clue I have was that i was born on an afternoon so I rounded it up at 3 pm sense sundown was at 6:07 on that day ( google saved me here) how accurate will it be?
I really did enjoy the descriptions here. And I wholeheartedly agree that the 8th & 12th houses can be a bit difficult to explain to beginners because these houses are sort of murky, but filled with lots of interesting & insightful details especially when these houses are busy. Although I agree with what was said in this video about these houses, I would like to add that the 8th house (in my experience reading natal charts for others as well as in my own natal chart) is a transformative house (death is a transformation) & can be a place where we experience power. And the 12th house…I have often found that busy 12th houses are very difficult for many people. For example, if someone has Saturn here they may be unable to recognize & process deep, subconscious matters that are upsetting. It may indicate depression, mental illness or even addictions (escapism). Traditionally, the 12th house has been known to show us our self-undoing, unknown or secret enemies…and also has a strong association with hospitals, prisons & other types of institutions…either being employed by them or as a patient/prisoner. It can also represent how we imprison or limit ourselves, but also (strangely) how we let go & set ourselves free. A simplified way of looking at these houses is by starting with the 4th being the womb: warm, cozy, private. The 8th would be a lake: deep, mesmerizing & murky. The 12th would be an ocean: vast, ebbing & flowing, taking us all over the world, but quite capable of drowning us if we’re unaware of it’s power. Does any of this make sense to you, Kelly?

Although I don’t "believe" in astrology, I have a 9H stellium(sun, mercury, saturn, NN), and I’d say it’s quite obvious in my interests; I’ve studied philosophy, theology, occultism intensively and in-depth, and have crafted my own set of religious laws & texts. I’m working on a PhD in biotechnology abroad, want to get into scientific writing(I actually am an author that writes crime & psychothriller novels), and I also married internationally.
another interesting thing is that I have a 10H stellium as well(venus, mars, jupiter, MC). my venus is at 8 degrees (scorpio degree; secrets, investigation, etc) and my venus is in 10H, just like Agatha Christie. 😀

So many people think the fourth house is your home life literally that would include all people Extended physical relatives and school that were part of your creative upbringing as a youth.
Father is just a pattern a passive extra dna. So why didn’t you clarify parents Save where you put mother in your explanation?

hello, my rising sign is Capricorn, but my 1st house is Aquarius?
Nine is a number always around..femiNINE, the nine orders of angels, nine is the beginning and the end. I’m a Sagittarius with a cypher of Capricorn and Scorpio in three positions..Gemini that is polarization of Sagittarius in two positions if I’m not mistaken. Polarization began in lyra and Vega. The color of blue eyes I have means humanitarian. In Thai astrology I’m Scorpio..I’m up to round six charts and counting..neith represents me. There are two origins where blue eyes come from ancient Egypt and Spain. I’m still learning about the Aquarius and Taurus in chart..Aquarius in Western astroLOGICS is Sagittarius best friend, and I not have good experience with April Taurus. This aligns with my triad in sixteen personality types as an Infj and two thousand year old enneagram tri-type with wings. Sagittarius is truth seeker and enneagram tri-type with wings is The Truth Teller. I have double yang also cawse Chinese astroLOGICs. Infj is the idealist and Sagittarius is philosophy I like Practical philosophy..and Diogenes.
