Well I am getting incredibly frustrated when these companies and Influencers take advantage of young people by preying on their insecurities. The simple bottom line is that detox teas are pure BS! Dr Mike I’ve been in Veterinary Medicine for almost 2 years. Now it doesn’t make me an expert but it shocks me, albeit angers me, when I hear pet owners do things to their pets without the expertise of a licensed veterinarian.

I use Ephedra/Ephedrine daily. Helps me get a lot of work done, no need for ADD pills, my blood pressure, weight, blood tests look great. Dr says take ADD pills that are 5 to 10 times stronger and last too long. A lot of hose teas at one point had Ephedra or Blackbrush in them. People can think for themselves and do their own research. Your mental and physical health are linked. We can’t deny that so why focus on the rare bad? How do you know that simply thinking that it could be bad is not doing damage? The placebo is a powerful drug.

My ex in in-laws were obsessed with detoxes. They would do them at least once a month whether that was teas, enemas, pills, you name it. If they ever got sick, they would do another detox to "flush out" their residual germs. No amount of science is able to make a person change a belief they’ve held for years regardless of the lack of data on the actual product. When their answer for believing they work is "personal experience", there’s no getting through to them with science and data.
We need detox in our mind. And this Channel is a great place for that purpose.

Of course, that would be your opinion because doctors will force you to take drugs supposedly to help with diabetes and those medications then harm your liver also causing heart failure so you can continue taking other medications due to liver failure and heart problems, you doctors do the samething hypocrites, because you know if your patience go natural you and many pharmaceuticals lose money your prescription medications also fail your patience and their organs don’t act all high and mighty when you doctors kill your patience slowly
Dr. Mike is inviting people to prove him wrong, but no one can. Why don’t the manufacturers of these teas or supplements prove him wrong? My suspicion is they know their products are bullshit and don’t want to face a. Dr. who knows his stuff and can expose their products as verifiably snake oil.
Is iron a supplement? If so I was prescribed that after giving birth. Any insight?
If I want to have some tea to help me along, I’ll have some plain old green tea with just a dash of honey to cut the overt grass taste. Nothing crazy. Nothing insanely expensive (well, I suppose this one depends on who you ask – I prefer the looseleaf stuff that I have to buy at importers). Just plain old ordinary no bullshit green tea.
Your body does everything natural but yet "STUDIES" do show that our bodies aren’t breaking dwn or naturally getting rid of some of these unknow toxins that is used to produce some of these food that the FDA do indeed approve of… N yet medical science is more bout MONEY than CURE… So when your ppl start dying frm cancer tell medical science to cure them
One time I went to my dad’s chiropractor to try to address my chronic pain. He immediately told me that all of my pain came from drinking milk and gave me a bottle of supplements for free. There wasn’t even an ingredient list on the supplements, I couldn’t figure out what was in them so I never took them. He was such a quack and I never went back, the rest of my family took a bit longer to stop seeing him after he wound up injuring my mom.
Yea water is better for cleaning detox
Whats you opinion on the yogi detox teas I like them cause of its tastes but I always wondered how they can smack a big detox label on it without being sued if it doesn’t have anything backing it. I’ve always heard dandelions could detoxify you but I’ve never been into that kinda thing I’ve always believed if you cant process the toxins inside you should probably go see a doctor.
Water with three drops of lemon juice is the Best…the lemon juice is mostly for taste

My experience with “detox tea “ is it’s just a laxative.
I only tried it because I just couldn’t poop not for weight loss because I was having pains

Pharmaceutical is safe?
I use this drug our friend Steve Martin told us about … "I’m not supposed to tell anybody about this; but I’m on it right now, and I’m as HIGH as a KITE! So ask your doctor and see if they can get you on this drug: PLACEBO!" LOL
Oh, I know it’s ‘not the real medicine’ or whatever; but if it encourages your body to do what it needs to do (and you’re still getting the right amount of exercise for the diet you’re on) and if you’re not ‘going into debt’ to buy the placebos (? placeboi?), what’s the harm?
It’s like ‘words of encouragement’; maybe your friend is an idiot, but who does it hurt if you call them a genius?

Why these detox things work
They look like trash
They do nothing so therefore are trash
So therefore they should be able to pull trash for them
(Honestly all detox things should flip off as long as they actually do that like our liver and stuff like that)
I have very high Triglicerid level, on default. I work out, I don’t eat grease food, I do all the thing I take Lipidil and still my result is between 6-16 (normal is 0,7-1,7 for anybody else to know).
In other words, no matter what I do (I’m 40) NOTHING take it down. The highest was 55(!!!) I have ultrasound every year, yet still no liverfat shows and the organs look okay.
I tired every single thing, tea, capsuls, everything. I drink on a normal day 3 liter of water, in summer even more bc I sweat a LOT, no coffey or sugary thing and general never liked sweet things.
I know that somewhere in the near future I will have stroke, or heart attack and so on…that is why I don’t have kids, wife, nobody.
ALso I’m on a special diet for this like 3 years for now.
Is there anything I can do??? OR just deal with the fact that I inhereted this…?
