I heard this before sleeping for one month,I imagined 7 light as each word pronounced,some time because of tiredness I fall asleep faster,but it had wonderful effects on me.,I began to feel like I am in alignment with myself and I didn’t felt any side effects that sometimes I used to feel while listening to some very powerful sounds in some YT channels
Sir if I chant these mantras everyday so will it activate the 7 chakras ?
