Grounding Into Gratitude – Root Chakra Yoga – Yoga With Adriene

Grounding Into Gratitude – Root Chakra Yoga – Yoga With Adriene

This yoga practice guides you through a series of poses to balance the root chakra and cultivate grounding with gratitude. When the root chakra, or Muladhara, is out of balance a person can feel anxious, uneasy, fearful, worried and stressed. This can lead to low energy and low immunity and an overall sense of instability. Use the tools of yoga to strengthen and balance to the root chakra, the foundation of all the other chakras. Cultivate self love, stability, and sense of security. You are worthy and deserving. Remind yourself, you are awesome and you are supported!

Take good care of yourself so you can take good care of others. Let me know how it goes down below. Namaste.

Adriene, you were the first yoga platform I joined eight years ago and had followed you everydag up until joining bohobeatiful and their platform. I began doing their yoga as it felt more ‘advanced’. However, their yoga is so fast paced and doesn’t take the time to feel the poses like you do on your channel. I noticed this after coming back to you after maybe a year of doing bohobeautfiul. I also love your modesty in the way you dress for your channel and how you make your viewers feel like they don’t need to compare themselves to you. Thank you for all that you’ve done and continue to do. The work you do is perfect and I’m so glad I came back to you. 🙂 Namaste.

This yoga was not for me. Too much talking while I am trying to focus on my breath and my body. I prefer a quieter yoga. Probably nice for beginners though who don’t enjoy the silence as much.

This was terrific. Going to look for other chakra yoga sessions to reconnect to them with the yoga practice. Thanks for offering video to choose from . So grateful for my health and the man I’ve lived with for going on 50 years.

I tried this earlier on in the day, went into it as a skeptic when it comes to yoga calming you. I have to say with it being my first yoga experience, I was in such a relaxed and calm state afterward I had to lay down and time seemed to just pass by. This was amazing, and opened my mind more to yoga in general. Thank you.

Beautiful practice to come back to. The winter season often makes me feel unsafe and that’s when seasonal depression kicks in. This practice is a great reminder of the strength within. Thanks Adrienne 🙂

So so grateful for your work Adriene. I’ve been feeling very off lately and this is not the first time I find myself in your comment section late at night, right after I cried during a yoga practice with you (lol). Something about my root chakra/this practice made me very sad and feel grief. I’m gonna explore where it comes from and try to listen to it. Sending you lots of love and reminding you that you’re actively healing people all around the world by giving them the tools/showing them they have all they need. Lots of love xx

I love your practices Adriene. Myself and my friends were camping the past three weeks in Wexford Ireland and did a different one of your yoga practices every morning on the top of a hill looking out at the ocean. We are in dublin Ireland. Thank you so much for everything you give to the yoga community.
