I saw a similar recipe with garlic added to it and I was very skeptical about how it would taste. I’d much rather try this recipe. Thank you!!!

If it simmers too long and becomes stronger, can it be harmful?

I started drinking this after I tore my meniscus. I was suffering with pain for months before starting. After, no pain at all. I place 2 cinnamon sticks in it for a bit of sweetness

If you boil the lemon together, will there still be vitamin in it?

  9. MAURISA LEE VAN AS on June 28, 2023 at 7:21 am

Also. Can you make the tea in a large batch? Enough for 3 or 4 days? How would you store it and will it still maintain its potency?

I had salmonella causing extreme stomach pain for 3 to 4 days. The 5th day i decided to make a tea with ginger and it made me feel better. I looked up this recipe, it literally made me feel like a new man. Great video, short and sweet. Nice little tidbit with adding the black pepper. Great video.

Can i drink for boosting lungs ‘s immunity system?

  24. B on June 28, 2023 at 7:54 am

Curcumin needs pepper as well as a bit of fat for the body to absorb it. A little milk will do, or drink the tea with a meal to help for the best absorption

My husband had a flu, I made this for him and I had a glass myself. Something strange happened. Prior to this, I pee a lot!! At night I would pee like 5 times, but that night just twice, decided to keep taking it and the frequent urge to pee lessened. I am so grateful for this really!!
