It’s so calming to my mind. Thank you I practice it daily
Finally – a relaxing mindful breathing video that doesn’t have annoying background music or a narrator with an obnoxious voice, plus it’s short and sweet. Thank you!
I really don’t get it Ive tried to ‘meditate’ for 5 years all I get is either impatient , anxious that I’m not doing it right or just sleepy and bored. what is meditation supposed to actually be like? Coz so far watching western guided meditation really doesn’t live up to my ego – death expectations
i didn’t know the video ended until i realized i hadn’t heard him speak in a while lol
Felt like 1 minute! Weird how time flew. Feels great to relax the mind at last.
Loved it❤️
This is so different than the rest on YouTube. Pure, simple, effective and you lose track of time. Love it!
Mindful? What state were you BEFORE you were mindful? The term is meaningless. A human being simply is mindful. You mean to say attentive. That is all you can mean.
I feel amazing thank you
thank you <3
Good vid. There’s a nice breathing exercise in the meditation book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels.
Thank you so much you helped me calm down from a tough situation
I accidentally built a shed, I think I did it wrong
This is by far my favourite breathing relaxation video on YouTube. No cheesy background music and images, no quasi-spiritual mumbo jumbo. Works every single time and really calms me down when I need it. Typically I play this more than once, in most cases 3 times in a row to achieve the result that I’m after – is there a chance for you to upload a longer (e.g. 15 minutes) practice with the same approach?
Thank You x
haven’t meditated in a while. felt so good. thank you.
This really helps me relax before i jump out my window so i dont have to yell my crush i like him:)
I just found out my boyfriend might’ve cheated on me. It’s been two and a half years since I’ve been as angry as I am. Thank you so much Epworth HealthCare for making me feel better about my shitty ass boyfriend. I fell less angry
Very nice, actually the best of breathing videos I have seen till date.
Many thx. 3x a day 5m deep breathing recomm given long ago…so this is a step in the right direction to cope better!
And congratulate yourself (for breathing – is worth a laugh or at least a smile).
"take a moment to notice your thoughts" he says, to the crowd that are here because they can’t collect their thoughts, only to tell us to do something different three seconds later.
he is talking so speed
my nose is stuffy
Thankyou!
There is no way this was 5 minutes
Loved this… Thank you.
I can’t exactly explain what this did for me lol amazing thi
I love this meditation because it is so lenient and understanding.
This was such a great meditation thank you so much :3 It made me instantly go deep despite feeling stressed out, I did not expect that <3
HI, Patrick here from Mind Life Flow…wonderful recording to help people practice mindful breathing techniques! Thanks
Excellent video
I don’t trust him. His voice is too aggressive
This video really helped me get to sleep, finally… It’s a shame the stupid loud advert at the end woke me back up 🙁
I’m crying in the middle of the process, hearing him saying detailed things about the breathing and all the awareness..
My Psychologist brought me here
It was nice and all until the ad at the end so I had to dislike :/
my thoughts keep trying to haunt my mind when I was doing this!
thank you for helping me through the days.
thank u so much! this helped me alot
Thank you for that
Perfect. Thank you
Lovely Meditation. …Buddha spent six years meditating on the essence, causes, and cures for human anguish. In the end, he came to the realization that suffering is not caused by ill fortune, by social injustice, or by divine whims. Rather, suffering is caused by the behaviour patterns of one’s minds. Yuval Noah Harari (Sapiens)
Loved this simple but effective !
