Finally – a relaxing mindful breathing video that doesn’t have annoying background music or a narrator with an obnoxious voice, plus it’s short and sweet. Thank you!

I really don’t get it Ive tried to ‘meditate’ for 5 years all I get is either impatient , anxious that I’m not doing it right or just sleepy and bored. what is meditation supposed to actually be like? Coz so far watching western guided meditation really doesn’t live up to my ego – death expectations

This is so different than the rest on YouTube. Pure, simple, effective and you lose track of time. Love it!

Mindful? What state were you BEFORE you were mindful? The term is meaningless. A human being simply is mindful. You mean to say attentive. That is all you can mean.

This is by far my favourite breathing relaxation video on YouTube. No cheesy background music and images, no quasi-spiritual mumbo jumbo. Works every single time and really calms me down when I need it. Typically I play this more than once, in most cases 3 times in a row to achieve the result that I’m after – is there a chance for you to upload a longer (e.g. 15 minutes) practice with the same approach?

I just found out my boyfriend might’ve cheated on me. It’s been two and a half years since I’ve been as angry as I am. Thank you so much Epworth HealthCare for making me feel better about my shitty ass boyfriend. I fell less angry

"take a moment to notice your thoughts" he says, to the crowd that are here because they can’t collect their thoughts, only to tell us to do something different three seconds later.

Lovely Meditation. …Buddha spent six years meditating on the essence, causes, and cures for human anguish. In the end, he came to the realization that suffering is not caused by ill fortune, by social injustice, or by divine whims. Rather, suffering is caused by the behaviour patterns of one’s minds. Yuval Noah Harari (Sapiens)
