Detox your Liver for Fat Loss

Detox your Liver for Fat Loss

Do you want to know how to Detox your liver so you can lose fat? If you’re overweight or obese there’s a good chance your liver isn’t in great shape so try these 5 things

No brainer here but you gotta stop drinking alcohol. If your liver isn’t functioning correctly, you’ll have trouble with your thyroid, cortisol levels, and estrogen removal, which all contribute to fat accumulation

This also means no polyunsaturated fatty acids since these also wreck your liver

You’re also going to need to improve your gut function, so get rid of everything that damages your gut like grains, beans, legumes, soy, gums, and additives in supplements and processed foods

Fat-soluble vitamins will also be crucial for liver optimization since deficiencies with these vitamins are all associated with poor liver function and weight gain.

If you want to go down the supplement pathway, after doing all of the above first, you can try milk thistle, TUDCA, and calcium d glucorate. These can be great for liver Detox.

Remember, the side effect of improved liver health is fat loss. Give these a try and give me a follow for some more fat-loss content

Do you want to know how to actually “detox” your liver? Because most of what he said is not going to do anything and actually in some cases will actually damage your liver, all you need to do is make sure you are taking in adequate hydration for the day, urinating, and if you are a heavy or frequent drinker (alcohol) to reduce the amount (which your brain will also thank you for) that is it, the liver is fantastic at detoxing itself it doesn’t need any of the tips (aside from alcohol reduction but that is frankly more of a specific case rather than the norm) he suggested.

  8. Sandy Leatherman on July 4, 2023 at 7:11 am

Wow! Based on my own experience, Tim nails it. Appreciate his information.

I completed a dietary detox with a naturopath in 2006. It changed my life. I stay away from things that cause inflammation to me having had the experience of clean nutrition.

The one thing I focus on at 63 yo is getting enough protein daily.

Thank you Tim. And please keep it coming

Eat healthy (whole grain is okay actually, no need to be radical like in the video) and u’ll never ever have to supplement anything
    Dont fall for this!

  13. claire day on July 4, 2023 at 7:16 am

The body is great at detoxing itself the best way to help your body out is to just eat a balanced diet, it is the best way to get everything your body needs to function properly from food rather than supplements and go out into the sun for a walk each day to get your vitamin D, obviously wear sunscreen it helps your mental health too especially if you can take a nice walk in nature always lifts you up listening to the birds and other animals. I am from wales we have a lot of sheep and cows where I go walking up the mountain with my puppy it is especially great when spring hits and all the babies are being born ❤

  22. Lynn H on July 4, 2023 at 7:32 am

Stop eating trash and your liver will detox itself because thats what its there to do. It can heal itself given the right diet. Sad diet needs to die.

  23. Will Mac on July 4, 2023 at 7:34 am

    No grains or beans??

What brand tshirt do you wear..

  28. Keno Castro on July 4, 2023 at 7:46 am

huh. eat right, exercise, sleep, and have a lifestyle diet you can stick to. for example, intermittent fasting. you want to detox the liver? ask your doctor for glutathione injections and drink NAC. still won’t make you loose weight. fatty liver? eat right and eat less. as simple as this. just do it. you don’t need fancy things to live healthy, or eat healthy. anyone who says you can’t eat a certain kind of food, besides sugar and too much fat, is a quack

  29. DeeDee Lowe on July 4, 2023 at 7:47 am

You need to slow down so that ppl understand you. You are talking too fast.

  30. Saras Watkin on July 4, 2023 at 7:48 am

    People listen to the premise!
If you’re overweight/obese: These are temporary supports to help your liver. Not long-term habits. If it doesn’t apply to you move on! Lol

  41. J.Sheila on July 4, 2023 at 7:57 am
