As I barely started to listen to it last night and get comfy then I could feel my brain pumping or something in my head and it really hurt, I got a headache and then fell alseep. I had one of the most weirdest slow motion dreams ever and I felt like i was getting suffocated. I then “woke up” but I couldn’t move at all and my whole body felt numb, I heard what could’ve been a dog running towards my bed and jump next to me. I saw a small shadow close to me which made me scared as if it was like the grudge next to me or smth so I started breathing heavier and faster because I couldn’t move so there was no other way that I could get it away from me. It then disappeared and turned all dark, I woke up and I was scared asf. This music did not help me at all.
Idk why but this actually works for me. I’m normally out in under 10 minutes with this. Other times it takes me hours to fall asleep

I was thinking about seeing my daughter who passed away from having a brain tumor, I was thinking about seeing her sweet face, feeling like I want to cry, feeling overwhelmed with sadness, feeling like maybe if she could have not had surgeries to remove the tumor, maybe she had lived longer than 4 yrs. All I wanted in my heart n soul was for her to live a full and productive life to her happy again means the world to me.
