Hey Anna , recently I have heard oats aren’t really good for you , you see oats absorb all the nutrients/vitamins/minerals in your body and I have noticed a few of your recipes contain oats which I would want you too know what they really do to you and your body. Btw love you and your vids cuz you let me gain confidence and I have finally reached my flat belly yet a few of you vids not to be healthy just for they way you look , be healthy for the way you feel and that was true! I wanted to move on for having a six pack but I changed me mind and wanted just to be who I am today! ❤
