Seeds and nuts might be good for you, except they slow down and stop digestion.. olive oil is a good oil, as long as it is not mixed with other oils. Quality is expensive.

Comparing sweets to meat is an insult to science. The med diet, if you have actually seen it for yourself is 80%+ animal foods. Keep watching those disease and death numbers, with this insanity that you dare to call science, those numbers will not go down. Post-truth age right here, you have been warned.

This was an excellent presentation. All of the questions were great. I’m so happy about the avocado question. I had the same question.

If wheels just for the old ways and is fasting once or twice a year this was most likely alleviated or completely vanished that’s just old vampires I guess it was for me though a lifesaver excuse the pun and irony

And sadly, for younger Americans that number is even higher — almost half of Americans (45%) aged 20 – 45 years old are eating fast food on any given day.  One out of every two of us, every single day.

    Wowza.

This makes me feel sad for hard working Americans who are so beyond stressed that they have little choice but to drive through fast food between jobs in order to have something to eat.

This makes me feel angry at corporate America, who lures consumers in on taste and does not give a crap about their long term health, all so a few folks at the top can be so wealthy it’s almost unfathomable.  Corporate America is tricking customers to trade in their health for convenience and taste.  They know that close to half of our country is eating this “food” that has poor nutritional content and they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Some mis-information, e.g. the benefits of avocado, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, or some stress on ‘calories’ or the view on GM crops, makes one wonder about the ‘neatness’ or ‘fairness’ of the overall information framework.

  17. Gerald Lewis on February 10, 2022 at 11:59 pm

I agree with this video to see beyond over again.

  18. Nora Zelaya on February 11, 2022 at 12:00 am

Most information is valid, but it is a bit old information. When it comes to saturated fats demonization, even the AHA has updated their idea of saturated fat causing Heart disease and stroke, and new science is changing the idea of "Bad cholesterol".

Not true about easy to fix water and air toxins! Foods you need for your brain are full of pesticides. Cost is largely a decision too, because solar farms have taken over food farms.was corn and soy now solar. Environmental cleanups arent cheap and cities dont put them into their budgets no matter how green they claim. They ate talking money green.type 2 diabetes ,talk about the lead and mercury in the environment. Industry cleanups arent going to happen then. If the future numbers are going to go up?? Computors is creating alot of mercury and lead waste. How often are computors being updated yearly?? 2yrs?? Where do old computors go ?? Silcon valley??

  28. Nora Zelaya on February 11, 2022 at 12:13 am

I do not trust the GI. Oatmeal raises my BG past my set range of 140, and I eat less than a cup. Brown rice will too. So I am limiting their consumption. My carb consumption is set to less than 40g/day, and it is working really well for me. I got my prediabetic gone, but I like my diet now. I am also not limiting my fats too much as long as they are the good ones. I never believed in low-fat products they just add ore sugar to make them appealing after removing the fat. Otherwise, I eat everything else in this diet.

@5:00 Yeah…and you know what Einstein ate? Meat. The vegan propaganda in that graphic they keep showing is gross. Einstein was a heavy meat eater all his life. He benefited from it in his adolescence and ate for almost his entire life. Animal foods are the proper human diet.
