Fun fact: lapis in Indonesian means layer
First, she was caught in a mirror and now she was caught in a box… Just wow
I love lapis! I have lapis in jewelry ! You should have a picture of an English Garden in your background.
Lapis is one of my favorite material.
I would like to know more about the not so expensive gemologist tool for testing each stone and crystal.
Soak it in nail polish remover or acetone. If color comes off then it’s dyed lower quality. If not then it’s real
Oh dear that’s a beautiful lapis lazuli specimen
Please change the black background..it’s distracting.
You’re glasses match the lapis really well. Yes plants. Soften the background and lighten it. Box- maybe a lighter gray with sparkle.
SO glad she is gone. She would just not shut up. If you are a gemologist and have trouble separating sodalite from lapis you need to flip burgers.
Ravenclaw! Blue and bronze
imagine if she spilled water on the lapis lazuli,
then touched the water and didn’t wash her hands.
You should make the background a colage of pictures of gems
I think grey gemstones are called rock or stone
All these Steven universe weebs oh my god
Uncut diamonds are grey and they are a cube like the box.
Can anyone tell? How much days or weeks or months it takes for this stone to show effects after wearing…
everybody is only here cus of Steven Universe XD
As a gem cutter, Lapis is fairly easy to work with. It has hard/soft areas that can cause polishing issues. My problem is,, After working with it. Whenever you cut ANY stone, you get water mist in the air. No way around it. However the mist holds dust particles of whatever you’re cutting. After cutting Lapis, I find my hands turn pale blue, just from handling "anything" in my shop. It takes extra cleaning, and time, to go away. I love lapis. It’s the reason I made a partitioned room to keep my Cabbing machine in. All faceting and final polishing is in a "clean" room. The last thing you want on a 100,000 grit final polish, is a 320 grit particle of anything, on your "lap". Fun fact. We get the word (Lapidary) due to Lapis. "Someone that works in Lapis"
Antlers high school in Oklahoma colors are blue and gold
Great now lets put it on a mirror for thousands of years
I love this show, and Natalie, you ARE SO CUTE
Ok so can I enchant my tools or no? Do I need a enchanting tabel?
Who came here wondering how does lapis lazuri look irl from minecraft???
Lapis always makes me think of King Tut. By the way I love your channel I’m having a lot of fun watching it!
While lapis is opaque, high quality lazurite is often translucent to transparent in thin sections.
Unfortunately, most of the stones labelled lazurite for sale online are lapis lazuli not lazurite. It’s a shame because lazurite is such a beautiful gem itself and deserves to be appreciated as such.
Fun fact:lapis could go up to 44 million dollars so she should be pretty happy
Lapist Is a beautiful shade of blue, I love it.
Thank you.
Just please for the love of clod don’t trap her in a mirror or fuse her with a jasper… please…
Psilomelane is grey.
Kinda wish she would’ve enchanted a diamond sword with that..
9:44 mining gemstones is not easy
can it enchant my diamond sword?
I think you need a gray carpet for that table the way you handle gems and fine carvings. Ha!
You can use it to enchant stuff
How much for that huge chunk?
What type of equipment is used to differentiate sodalite from lapis lazuli? I just got a stone that it was sold as a "blue jasper" but it has inclusions that looks like silver, aluminum or zinc, with a shape like roots and I would like to identify it.
I think the gemstones are color enough.
