    Yoga means… RELAX, CONCENTRATION. I think you have to try to be silent between exercise. It’s really impossible to be concentrated with you talking every second. Even with music over.

    WOW!! I was crying most of the practice and it felt so good to let it all go and cry. This practice really helped me release whatever feelings I was holding onto in my hips and groin.

    Thank you so much for this! I feel so much more relaxed, light, and relieved. I will continue this practice to undo more work. I feel like this practice cracked open the emotions I’ve been bottling up and I intend to release all of it so that my sacral chakra is balanced and healthy again. Thank you once again. Continue shining your light for those, like me, who’ve gotten comfortable in the dark.

    I love doing this one on days when I’m PMS-ing and generally just feeling very emotional and overwhelmed. After I’ve done this, I feel balanced and not as emotional as I was before. It really works!! Thank you so much for your videos.
