40 Minute Yoga Class – Chakra Series Part 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

This class is part 7 of a 7-part Chakra Series. We focus on the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara in Sanskrit), which is located at the top of your head. It’s our connection to higher levels of consciousness.

Throughout this class we’ll focus on poses and practices that stimulate our crown chakra. The crown chakra is associated with the color white, violet, or gold, and our connection to the rest of the universe, bliss, and awareness.
