This kit is designed to reuse the factory bulbs so there’s no need to spend money on new bulbs.

Direct Bolt-on Installation. The Axial Amber Crustal LED Smoked Headlights are a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory headlights in your 2009 to 2014 F-150. The job is no more complex than opening the hood and removing the top radiator cover to gain access to the bolts that hold the headlights in place.
