Thank you for this. I am a psychologist and am writing my board exam in less than a week. This really helped me calm down and centre myself so that I can focus on my studies. Mindfulness as such an important role to play in psychology – the way I feel is proof of that.
It was quite for so long then this guys voice gave me a GODAMN heart attack, managed to keep my eyes closed and get back to it tho
I have a brain disorder which doesn’t allows me to focus or consentrate on things.. But meditation helps me in consentration…
My cat hopped in my lap midway through, I noted it as "cat"
My mind wanders constantly, right up until you say, "Let your mind does whatever it wants," and then my focus gets suddenly very sharp. What’s that about?

I am surprised at how much I look forward to this meditation every day now but my mind wanders the entire time! How do I get it to stop?! Afterward, I feel calm and ready to focus, but why would my mind go into overdrive during the meditation???
