Will this help the person who is using inhalers and medicines for the last more than 12 years for asthma + copd. By using this any adverse effect will occur and if suits, can the usage of inhalers and medicines be reduced and stopped after some times?.

Wouldn’t dried versions take away most of the benefits? And why do you recommend a sweetener if not honey, if honey is the thing that’s going to have effect?

Research the effects of honey added to cold, warm or boiling water. All three have a different effect on the body. Beware of weight gain or loss depending on whether it is warm or cold. If it’s boiling the enzymes in the honey are changed

  33. P M on July 4, 2023 at 8:02 am

Remedies are really only beneficial if you get the medicine into the breathing passages and lungs.Inhale the vapor from hot salty water, or herbal steaming.
