   Whenever we are in public, at work, in a lift on a train, on a bus or justcwalking be aware of all those souls around you, put your phone away, and instead send them LOVE from your heart, not your intellect!
   Smile, don’t worry if it’s not returned… make at least part of your day about "other" …no reward expected, just you "giving" unconditionally!

    Wow what synchronicity, I had a strange incident yesterday, neighbour with his kids – who I’d never seen before – gave me the most evilest look, in the past I would have crumbled and felt devastated, but this time, the first time, it was different, I just observed their twisted, hateful faces with curiosity, unaffected.     I just saw you only have credit card as payment option in your shop.
    I receive benefits and am under guardianship.
