    Been meditating since I was 17, now 29 listening to this man along with many others. I need a year to focuse on meditating only. But I love how much it’s helped my life.     Sadhguru, I took the inner engineering course here in the USA, and i have been following you for more than 5 years. I have a deep concern and will be great if you can throw some thoughts on the situation in Cuba. The government has been incompetent for more that 60 years. Some good things have been done but above all else is the fact that this government impose by force a way of thinking, their way of thinking… and if the people don’t want to follow that they will be persecuted, incarcerated and a lot of other things, this is a sad reality that i personally lived.
