    Where is the chicken !!!!!!!!

  13. @mobiustrip1400 on September 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm

Not bad, all you need in there is some real Mediterranean protein. Eggs, cheese, liver, sardines.

  14. @BajaBlast47 on September 5, 2024 at 7:01 pm

That’s definitely more than 1200 calories

  15. @brightdaysaheadofUs on September 5, 2024 at 7:01 pm

    Thank u.

  16. @MeadeSkeltonMusic on September 5, 2024 at 7:03 pm

It looks like the most satisfying diet

  17. @trinitywright7122 on September 5, 2024 at 7:03 pm

Legumes as always being the protein is pretty caloric. You can replace that with chicken or fish. These are good ideas but you got to watch the sugar as well

  18. @gofab24 on September 5, 2024 at 7:04 pm

Sugar in the morning (strawberries) – no, sugar in the next meal (clementines) – sugar twice in a row – no, very low calorie lunch – no protein, won’t run you long. Dried apriciots (sugar) plus walnuts – fruits or dried fruits are good for a p.m. snack, but dried fruits are better for a.m., as well as nuts – only a.m. – they rise your sugar level high with unpredictable time of getting back to normal. And finally, dinner consisting of veggies – good – and carbohydrates (gnocci) – not good, wrong. Carbohydrates are allowed in the morning (100 g) and may be allowed for lunch in less amount (like 50-70 g). Lunch and dinner should include protein and veggies. Breakfast should include protein, carbohydrates and veggies. This system is based on controlling sugar level and prevents insuline resistance.

    Not much help without quantities

  20. @mmps18 on September 5, 2024 at 7:06 pm

    Yum!!!

  21. @hermanharper4594 on September 5, 2024 at 7:07 pm

Fiber nutritional dense whole foods plant based diet cover’s everything is better than counting calories. Eat till almost full and don’t over eat. We eat to much anyway. Eat Real food not to much mostly plants little or no meat as possible. Just a suggestion

  22. @melissaprice8043 on September 5, 2024 at 7:09 pm

That lunch salad would be a side salad for me. I like the idea but not enough food especially not enough protein to keep me satiated.

  23. @Brightspirit10 on September 5, 2024 at 7:09 pm

That’s less than 40grams of protein a day. Which is pretty low

  24. @calibby85 on September 5, 2024 at 7:11 pm

Where is the protein? This is a great way to be starving. Also, oatmeal is terrible for you…talk about glycemic rollercoaster. And 1200 calories is so not enough for the vast majority of ppl. If you’re inactive you need to get active.

  25. @violetavenue8990 on September 5, 2024 at 7:12 pm

Since when is 1200 calories a day enough food for any adult? I’m a healthy whole foods, eater, so I don’t do junk and I would have been very happy with all of these meals, but there’s not enough food here.

  26. @tslilbearshoppe9870 on September 5, 2024 at 7:14 pm

    where’s the beef? lol

  27. @tanisryan4110 on September 5, 2024 at 7:16 pm

Very high sugar and low protein. A recipe for diabetes. No thanks.

  28. @tiffanyfett1159 on September 5, 2024 at 7:17 pm

    Is oatmeal Mediterranean? Huh?

  29. @robertaesp on September 5, 2024 at 7:19 pm

The tomato artichoke and gnocchi recipe because I am the only one eating it. Would I be able to freeze the remainder of the recipe? Thank you!

  30. @marileigh9913 on September 5, 2024 at 7:21 pm

    Looks amazing thankyou

  31. @Jenn-E on September 5, 2024 at 7:25 pm

    Yuck

  32. @Rosielu-c5g on September 5, 2024 at 7:26 pm

1200 cal will wreck ur metabolism

  33. @ChooseHope on September 5, 2024 at 7:30 pm

What is a good brand of olive oil and balsamic vinegar?

  34. @rodcamp4472 on September 5, 2024 at 7:32 pm

Mediterranean’s typically eat meat, goat and lamb. They eat lots of fish, cheese, eggs and butter. Why does everyone think they are mostly plant based? They aren’t.

  35. @rishabh5750 on September 5, 2024 at 7:33 pm

Mediterranean Diet is an excellent lifestyle, but no one should be aiming to eat only 1200 calorie diet. Unless you’re a short and sederntary women and a calorie deficit, there’s no way you get enough nutrients with just 1200, unless ofc done under supervision and supplements

  36. @jeanneamato8278 on September 5, 2024 at 7:35 pm

Your lunch salad is lacking greens. You showed very little.

  37. @jennyconstantine3792 on September 5, 2024 at 7:35 pm

    Trash lol

  38. @kalistawilson6934 on September 5, 2024 at 7:35 pm

PLEASE DO NOT EAT ONLY 1200 CALORIES PER DAY!!!! THATS THE NUTRITION RECCOMMENDATION OF A 3-YEAR OLD!! Even if you’re 5’0 tall and never go to the gym, you HAVE TO EAT MORE THAN THAT

  39. @fromchaosyogalenanovack695 on September 5, 2024 at 7:36 pm

Beware- all of that olive oil adds up. They are quality calories no doubt, but if you are medically advised to be on a deficit you need to be aware of all the oil

  40. @marcuswelby9601 on September 5, 2024 at 7:39 pm

    1200. I eat 2.5x more than that to maintain a 185lb frame.

  41. @gavinistheawesomest on September 5, 2024 at 7:40 pm

Ah, oatmeal- your morning dose of glyphosate. So healthy..

  45. @eminasusak3168 on September 5, 2024 at 7:43 pm

  46. @cheriemontford on September 5, 2024 at 7:45 pm
