My spiritual journey has been enduring over these past few years. I have learned a lot from people and gained a perspective on spirituality and its importance in my life. I think that the small particles he was talking about are Known as Elctron or photon or Leptons or quarks etc in todays world …..and there is a rule of nature that every particle tends to stay at rest or you can say it wants stability….so i think thats the reason for meditation to make the particles of our body gain the most stability
