This 35-minute yoga Nidra for the Throat Chakra is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. Yog Nidra provides relaxation, creates a state of NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), and promotes delta waves, activity in the brain in deep sleep. This recording also explores humming, chanting, OMing, and using the voice to create vibration in the body and some gentle Shanti chimes at the end of the relaxation.
