    There is one effective technique : First you have to go into meditation focusing on the breath.
    When the breath is calm enough, then in the semi-darkness shift the focus to some object in the room
    not a big one, the flame of a saint is best) and stare at then until the astral duplicate of that object stands
    out in your perception. Be careful not to disturb it while you are staring breath because the breath must
    be totally relaxed. You must not be impatient when the astral duplicate is separated. Once you separate the astral
    duplicate you will have to fight to keep the astral duplicate in focus without disturbing the breath.
    When your astral duplicate is firmly in focus, then sometimes look at it and sometimes through it and after someone over time,
    a real feature film will begin to unfold in your head and it is never the same. In order to fully open the third eye this will have to be
    repeated many times until the visualization reaches a certain level. NOTE: The breath is the most important for opening
    the third eye because as soon as the breath stirs there are negative experiences when opening the third eye, e.g. you can be scared by your
    own visualization of being shown something that scares you as long as as long as the breath is still it cannot happen because when you open
    the third eye it attacks you Your own mind because your mind keeps you closed your third eye is used meditation to calm the mind.

    Gosh I wish I could talk to you in person. I have so many questions, because I know many things already. But have had trouble with " seeing." I get great info downloads, ( intuition, insite) but missing so many other abilities that seem to bevblocked.

    1:29:55 Great meditation. I wasn’t even sleeping too long but it definitely is amazing. I started vividly dreaming and saw people I knew and didn’t know, saw alien like people too and I’ve never seen that in my dreams before. That tripped me out. I woke up out of it but definitely going to use it again.

The present is where we are. Time is a construct, it does not exist. It’s a learned behavior. Live in the moment. Be thankful for what you manifest. Do not ask. Thank as if you already have what you envision. That is the secret.

    Its 1/21/2024. I listened to this for the first time lastnight instead of my usual binaurals, frequencies or cymatics. And I had one of the most interesting almost profound dreams. After awaking and contemplating my dream while still listening, i began to put together my subconscious’s symbolism regarding what was being said. Basically Ive been seeking this spiritual awakening everyone keeps talking about. And what happened last night just had me in awe and I couldn’t stop smiling and chuckling to myself after awaking and evaluating said dream. It was just a very surreal experience.
    Thanks to whomever took the time to make this. It one of the most beautiful meditation/affirmations Ive listened to. Its very in line with the my understanding and the Vedantic philosophy.

    Coming back 5 months later after so much chaos..almost died again. Yet to learn from another mistake that hindered my life for so many years…I can finally say I have confidence in myself. I love my life I am worthy.

    I see my third eye when I look in the mirror. I CAN SEE things that are behind me. I have uncoiled the snake within my spine. The world has been shown to me. Thank you for your support in your words. I will listen daily.

    I get such anxiety with these, I’m such a paranoid person, I’m 26 and I have aneurysms in my brain and neck arteries I’m trying to get into stuff like this to help relax and also to try to use mind over matter to magically make them go away. when I lay down and try to do these videos it’s so so so hard to let go and focus on relaxing I actually get anxiety and my heart races everytime I start to slip into being comfortable. it’s like my brain rejecting it so it can focus on the aneurysms. so weird

    This has been the most beautiful video I could have ever come across. I reached enlightenment 10.02.2023 after my near death experience, and have been looking for ways of strengthening my third eye. This has been the best thing for it.

    My premonitions as I sleep, knowing I am in dream state and pulling out of them at any moment without the video playing, my astral projections are so much more vivid my intuition is so much more powerful and precise, and my tarot readings with the divine have never been so straight forward.

    I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did.

    1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal… on a "goal card" or paper.

    2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life.

    3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins.

    4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example… in the shower or when you are using the rest room.

    5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF.

    6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post.

    7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water.

    8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain.

    9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other.

    10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma.

    I hope this helps at least two people.

    It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results.
