To anyone going through an awakening, be it kundalini or not, just let go. Let go of who you pretend to be. Let go of how you think life will play out. Past and future are all mind created illusions. Break the cycle of pain, and live purely from the heart. It may be confusing, it may be turbulent. You may have days (many) where all you want to do is lay in bed. Do it. One day it will all make sense.
