I’ve had covid 3 times. I don’t like any food. I’ve been eating sugar free peanut butter. Sucks

There’s something else these diets have in common: very low intake of highly processed and fast foods, and avoidance of sodas and sweetened fruit juices.

I don’t eat nuts and legumes because they trigger excruciating migraines. Bring hypoglycaemic, I eat only small amounts of low glycaemic index fruits. I eat meat, eggs, and dairy products. My heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver, are in excellent condition. My HbA1c is very good. My weight is at the low end of normal. C-reactive protein is very low – right at the bottom of the range.

its really the FRUITS, then NUTS, then RAW SOFT VEGGIES, that keep us healthy and keep our lymph system detoxing us! All the other crap mentioned only adds mucus and acidosis to our system

Why does the interview only mention the plants and not the animals? Too PC? The Med. diet excels in large part to the fish and non-beef meats, AS SHOWN IN THE VERY PHOTOGRAPH this story uses while all the time not mentioning the fish. The story also omits the recognition that all of those diets are artificially created except Mediterranean, which actual people have eaten for centuries, meaning that it is a pattern a whole population can actually live with without feeling like they are "dieting".

Did you use the 1950’s test on food nutrients? You know, the one that measures nutrient value in all different types of food? Or did you use the 2019 findings that many vegetables and meat are slipping in 8 nutrient values including protein. When you feed milk cows Skittles, the quality of the milk declines. The nasty truth is US citizens are starving to death on a full stomach.

With fruit and vegetables prices, who can afford to eat healthy on low income budget! Or worse, elderly income!
