I think a loft bed would do best. I don’t know Feng Shui, but I know space. Add a soft rug underneath, a comfy chair on one side, storage on the other, maybe a little side table. Living room.

It might fit, but it won’t be possible to rotate the bed in that small room, unless you assembled it inside
Also, mattresses are often somewhat smaller than the bed, but since there was some space left over, it might be possible to fit it, but we can’t be sure

The mattress fits, no way that bed frame would though. A divan would fit, most bunk beds extend past the end of the mattress. You’d probably have to custom nake one were the posta came out of the sides of the mattress.
