It’s one that is not only constricting it’s destroying.
It is the destroyer of dreams, it prevents you from creating, it prevents you from loving.
It keeps you small, hidden and doubting yourself.
It keeps you from sharing your good work, your beauty, and your light.
It’s where I’ve felt unworthy, not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough.
It’s those times I’ve hidden my soft feminine side fear of not being taken seriously,
It’s the layer where I’ve felt anger and rage at my life and the world.
The reconnection to your true self, your core essence is EVERYTHING – it’s getting to the place where you KNOW you are whole, loved and always full of potential – and the world needs this potency from you.
On a call yesterday Dr. Gabor Mate (renowned psychiatrist and founder of Compassion for Addiction) said,
” Your true self is never broken, you’re never broken, you’re just disconnected from your true self. We have to change the language of broken-ness.”
And this is what I love about my journey and the work that I do.
