Yes, salad has low calories. But only without dressing! When you add it calories suddenly goes up. And noone eats salad with no dressing. So stop lying!

Oof, the sad side salad with ice berg lettuce. If it’s what you can afford, then do it. But darker greens like arugula & spinach would be good to throw in every once in a while
Put some butter on that popcorn and watch the calories shoot through the roof. Go no butter and it tastes like crumpled up pieces of paper.

Note: stay away from buttered popcorns, and look only for air popped popcorns.
Caramel popcorn etc are also off limits.
You probably should make your own but watch out how much oil/butter etc you use, those pack a lot of calories and fat
And careful with how much salt is in it too it may cause water retention etc

Watermelon is also pretty low in calories and you can eat it in a lot of volume one of my favorites for cuts.

i have been dieting for 6 weeks now…my diet include salads and abit of protein(eggs). my salad includes cabbage, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and some peppers..with onion and all. i workout 6x a week but i have only lost 1.4kg. what am i dong wrong? please help me
