In the summer of 1980 I was 14. I worked at Dipper Dans ice cream shop in Stewart Lakewood Shopping Center. End of July Wayne Williams came in to my ice cream shop, twice. I was one of the last persons to see Earl Terrell alive with Wayne Williams getting ice cream in my shop. I will never forget those days. In this video series, I go over my encounter with Wayne Williams. Then later we get into the evidence of the case and whether Wayne Williams was the main person involved in the killing of young black children in Atlanta.
