    This was great wow..
    At the end I felt cold nd my face was kind of shivering I dont know why nd for a moment I felt dizzy nd when I opened my eyes I laid down but after a moment I felt great thank uuu

    I enjoyed this meditation immensely. At first I was a tiny bit anxious and my mind wandered a bit. Didn’t locate it until near the ending of the meditation. When I said in my head those words, I am ready to be transformed, I cried – the good kind. TY, Brett, so much.

    wow, just, wow. The breathing exercises hurt real bad at first, but then as I let go with the breaths, I felt a crazy sensation all around, and now I feel ah-mazeeeeeeen!!!! (I did the yoga practice for the solar plexus beforehand). Thank you so much for teaching this! <3 I really wish to meet you face to face one day! Blessings your way dear sister!

    I feel like I’ve got chakras that are weaker than the others. Is it ok to do solar plexus yoga before doing Sacral chakra yoga, or should I follow their order when I meditate and/or exercise? Thanks !

    I am doing the 7 day chakra challenge right now! yesterday I did 3rd chakra, and loved this meditation. Have used the slow breathing on my embers several times today when I felt stressede/nervous and it helped me so much! I love the chakra challenge so far, and your combination of vinyasa and kundalini techniques! I have tried several different yoga styles, and I feel I need both vinyasa and kundalini, but you are the first teacher I found who combines the two ā™„ļø
