This is the point where all 72,000 nerve endings on each side of the body meet, for a total of 144,000 nerve endings.
This chakra is associated with Authority, Will-power, and Power in general. It is the place of disempowerment, and empowerment. Judgement and Identity.
The Solar Plexus is the processing chamber of instinctual intuitive energy, and Emotional Intelligence (Gut Feeling).
This energy is transferred to the Heart Chakra, where the transduction of Emotional energy is experienced as the “Intelligence of the Heart”.
In Yogic Tradition, this chakra is often compared to the Heat and Power of the Sun. Radiating and distributing Pranic Life-Force Energy throughout the human system.

There’s no noise
Help, I’ve been working on my Solar Plexus for months and it still exists as nothing but a black hole with diamond armour. I can visualize all of my other chakras in some manner but my Solar Plexus is so blocked off it’s like it isn’t even there. I can see my energy just flow right past it skipping over my solar plexus and jumping straight from heart to my sacral.
I’ve scoured YouTube video after YouTube video and spent many hours meditating to different music try to chip away at the abyss but I haven’t had any luck. I’ve just listened to this video alone 3 times in a row with no progress.
How can I open my Solar Plexus how can I gain a sense of will and drive and determination for myself?
Am I doing something wrong?
Why is solar Plexus so unreachable?
What can I do to access it?
Why does it appear as a black abyss and why does none of my energy even approach it?
