When one of our chakra’s become imbalanced this can have an effect on our wellbeing in a number of ways. My favorite saying is “knowledge is power”. Some people walk around with a chakra blocked or overactive & don’t even know about it. I want to use the next couple of weeks to go through the 7 main charka’s purposes, symptoms of them being out of balance & give you all advice on what to do to bring the chakra’s into balance from my research & my own experiences. This video is all about the second chakra, also known as the “Sacral Chakra” or “Svadhisthana”. This is the second of the 7 video’s I will be doing on the main Chakra’s.
