Hello world quick story .One day meditating eyes closed using mindless / breath meditation of the stomach. Suddenly I felt like God was near I starting crying and I was breathing uncontrollable big breaths. I felt like an orgasms in my stomach. I felt like I drank icey hot, when I inhaled it felt like I was breathing ice when I exhaled it felt like I was blowing fire. The feeling became overwhelming I opened my eyes and seen a black shadow about 8 feet tall very wide all black body. I never could put a conclusion on why I seen the black shadow facing me. Please feedback guru

All the elements go back to this solar energy and are dependent upon it, such as what would happen to the Air and Water if not for the Sun. Coming from a Pagan European (Germanic/Celtic/Iberian) perspective, I can tell you that our indigenous worldview viewed the Sun as a Goddess, with specific aspects of its light and energy being personified as Gods. We share alot with our distant Vedic cousins and, although much was lost when we were converted, remnants survive such as within the etymology of European languages, certain allegories for the Sun and its cycles within our folklore, and archaeological evidence. So we related the Sun to the "Soul" – and the Moon to "Mind". Our concept of time was cyclical, balancing both lunar and solar. And we also had a solar salutation involving outstretched arms and meditation under the Sun, postures encoded in such things as the Runes and symbols found on many of our sacred sites. The more esoteric Mystery Schools of Pagan Europe (the more serious spiritual students and initiates) also taught that the Sun and Moon are part of a three-part system along with Earth, whom is our Mother. I know that Vedic traditions allude to this too, the relationship of Sun and Moon to Earth. So I find much to agree with and benefit from through Sadhguru’s videos. I encourage the Hindus to cling to your Sanatan Dharma, because its truly a beautiful thing and the best way to resist the same type of encroachment and subversion against the Hindu tradition is education and spreading the knowledge and practice of your beautiful traditions.

The solar energy you activate in yourself is what make’s conscious manifestation happen, your health, joy, when you don’t feel joy in your life it is because you are in your brain, you are listening to all sorts of fear beliefs you have made up and stored in your brain, what Sadhguru is saying is sooo true. When you activate your solar plexus you connect to your I AM YOUR SOUL and MIND your true MIND not THE BRAIN.
